Hello everybody! I started this business as a game to invent the most creative recipes. It turned into this! I started the blog to get more business, seeing as I have only had one customer. I bake a lot of things but my speciality is cinnamon vanilla sponge cake. I'm not very good at pies though :( they always turn out overcooked. I'm not very good at decorating the cakes unless I have ready made icing and/or decorations (see picture). I am quite young but I already have an online college degree in food hygiene and safety (catering). Before I bake anything I clean the kitchen and change my clothes to maximise hygiene. If you order anything please don't expect the best quality in the way of appearance. I will put up some direct quotes from customers and reviewers. Prices are as reasonable as possible.
